Shipping/Delivery
Dollar Western Wear will have your order packaged by hand and delivered to UPS or USPS within 2-4 business days depending on the size and quantity of the items. We take great care in packaging and shipping our items in order to ensure they are delivered to you in the condition you expect. If you have any questions please contact us.
Shipping costs are determined and calculated by the website unless otherwise specified in the item description. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax unless it is required in your state. All orders placed in Texas will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
Next Day Air - Please note all next day air shipments must be placed by 2pm Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend it will ship next business day.
2nd Day Air - Please note all 2nd day air shipments must be placed by 2pm Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend it will ship next business day.
UPS Ground - Please note all UPS ground ordered ship next business day.Â
USPS - Please note all USPS orders ship next business day. All orders go priority mail unless otherwise stated.Â
Please Note: UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. A physical address must be provided.Â
Refunds/Exchanges
Dollar Western Wear understands that shopping online often makes exchanges and returns necessary. Your complete satisfaction is our goal! DWW will accept your new/unworn items for return, exchange, or credit within 14 days of the date received.
*Please note that all sale & clearance merchandise is only eligible for exchange or online/store credit.*
POLICY:
All products must be in brand new condition. All original tags must be attached with no sign of wear. All boots must be unworn, with no scratches or scuffs on the soles whatsoever. We recommend you walk in carpeted areas of the home when trying on boots for this reason. Bear in mind that any kind of tile or hardwood flooring can scuff the soles.
EXCHANGES:
1. Please email support@dollarwesternwear.com
2. Dollar Western Wear will provide details on the exchange process.Â
3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your exchange.
4. Once Dollar Western Wear receives your merchandise, we will replace it with the correct style/size and ship the new product back to you via UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority, with calculated shipping cost. We will email you a new tracking number and invoice upon shipping.
5. The first exchange is always free (EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY). If more than one exchange is necessary, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to/from our warehouse.
REFUNDS:
1. Please email support@dollarwesternwear.com and request a return authorization number (RA #).
2. Package the product back into the original box/bag, and write the RA # in a visible spot on the outside of the box/bag.

3. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. However, DWW recommends you use a carrier that allows you to track your package, such as UPS, FedEX, or USPS. Without a tracking number, Dollar Western Wear cannot aid or assist in tracking a lost package.
4. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your return.
5. Upon arrival of your merchandise at our warehouse, Dollar Western Wear will inspect the product for wear. Once the product is deemed new, DWW will issue a credit back to the card used at purchase. If a gift card was used, a new gift card will be issued and sent.
6. All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
